Looks like the change of location has wiped all the previous reviews. I found that the ladies exerted just the right pressure, so if there has not been a change in staff, it should still be excellent. They were all from China, with varying degrees of English skill, but they were well able to massage out muscle knots and painful areas. It was my main place for massage, but I moved to FL a few months ago.
Update. This review is based on a horrific experience that occurred in July of 2018. Spa is located in shopping center near the intersection of Hwy 92 and 278 in Hiram. Directly behind Prestige Jewelers . Scheduled appointment for a 1 hour swedish massage, specifically requesting a female masseuse. Arrived on time. Surprisingly a gentleman came in my room. He then proceeded with my swedish massage. From there, what should have been a relaxing experience, turned in to a nightmare. After about 30 minutes of my 1 hour massage, I lost all feeling in both legs. Subsequently, I called 911 after repeatedly asking staff to call for me. Resulting, in me being sent via ambulance to area hospital. Two ambulance rides later, and I ended up in emergency surgery and on a ventilator, followed by several weeks of in patient rehab. Please heed this as a warning. By the grace of God and many prayers I survived. I cannot stress enough, please do your research before booking an appt. There are many spa's in the Hiram area. Please read all review's and choose wisely. Take care folks and always be kind!
